Welcome to BK22. By accessing or using any part of the BK22 platform — whether through our website at bk22.plus, our Android app, or any related service — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and BK22. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform. BK22 is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, live casino games, slot games and related services to players in Pakistan.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and BK22. If there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence unless otherwise stated.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on BK22, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. Your continued use of BK22 after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms apply to all users of the BK22 platform regardless of how they access it — through a desktop browser, the BK22 Android app or a mobile browser. It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically for any changes.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

The BK22 platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make deposits or participate in any form of betting or gaming on BK22. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

• BK22 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• If age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, BK22 may suspend or close the account and withhold any associated funds pending review.
• Any individual found to be under the age of 18 will have their account permanently closed and winnings forfeited.
• You must be the rightful holder of any payment method used to make deposits on your BK22 account.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each person is permitted to hold only one BK22 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

• You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone.
• BK22 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact BK22 support immediately.
• Account verification may be required before withdrawals are processed. BK22 may request a copy of a valid CNIC or other identity document at any time.
• BK22 reserves the right to close accounts that are found to contain false information, are involved in fraudulent activity or are in breach of these terms.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All transactions on BK22 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). BK22 supports deposits and withdrawals through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and other mobile wallets and payment methods listed in the cashier section of the platform.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe stated in the cashier, subject to completion of any applicable account verification and wagering requirements.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that you personally own and control. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• BK22 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
• Any deposits made in error must be reported to customer support promptly. BK22 will make reasonable efforts to return mistaken deposits but cannot guarantee recovery in all cases.
• BK22 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Rewards

BK22 offers various bonuses and promotional rewards to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus rules are outlined below:

• Bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is stated clearly on each promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Any attempt to abuse, exploit or manipulate bonus terms — including through multiple accounts or coordinated play — will result in the bonus being voided and the account being reviewed.
• Bonus funds that remain unclaimed after the expiry period stated in the promotion will be removed from the account automatically.
• BK22 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• VIP programme rewards, including enhanced bonuses, priority withdrawals and personalised offers, are governed by the VIP tier conditions available on the VIP page.

6 Sports Betting Rules

BK22 offers pre-match and live in-play betting across cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, football, esports and other sporting events. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. BK22 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed, except in cases of an obvious system or pricing error.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport, which are available in the help section of the sports betting area.
• BK22 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including cases where odds were clearly incorrect due to a technical fault.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the betting slip. BK22 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amounts for any individual player or market.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to data availability. BK22 is not responsible for delays in live data feeds that may affect in-play pricing.
• Any suspicion of match-fixing, insider information or other forms of cheating will result in immediate account suspension and relevant bets being voided.
• Cricket markets including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals and domestic Pakistan cricket events follow the official match results as declared by the relevant governing body.

7 Casino Games & Slots

BK22's casino section includes live dealer tables, slot games and other casino products. By playing any casino game on BK22 you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All casino games on BK22 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live casino games are subject to the rules of the individual game as explained by the dealer or displayed within the game interface.
• Technical malfunctions during a game session will be handled in accordance with the platform's technical fault policy. Interrupted sessions are generally restored to their last verified state.
• BK22 is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's end during a live casino session or slot game.
• Slot games have individual return-to-player (RTP) figures which are published by the game provider. BK22 does not alter RTP configurations.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage will result in winnings being voided and the account being suspended.

8 Responsible Gaming

BK22 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across the platform. Gaming should always be a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a way to recover losses. The following principles underpin BK22's approach to responsible gaming:

• Always set a personal PKR budget before you start playing and stick to it.
• Never chase losses. If you have reached your budget for the day, stop playing.
• Use the deposit limit and session time reminder tools available in your account settings to help manage your play.
• Self-exclusion is available to any player who feels they need a break from the platform. Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed during the selected period.
• BK22 will never encourage players to increase their deposits or continue playing beyond their stated limits.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BK22 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating more than one account per person or household.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Exploiting bugs, errors or pricing mistakes in a deliberate and systematic manner.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you.
• Engaging in any activity that could be construed as money laundering or fraud.
• Accessing the platform using VPN or proxy services to misrepresent your location.
• Any form of harassment, abusive language or threatening behaviour directed at BK22 staff or other users.

BK22 cooperates with relevant authorities and payment processors in cases of suspected fraud or financial crime. Any balances associated with prohibited activity may be held pending investigation.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the BK22 platform — including but not limited to the BK22 logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of BK22 or its licensed partners and is protected accordingly.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any BK22 content without prior written permission.
• The BK22 name, logo and branding may not be used for commercial purposes or in any context that could cause confusion or misrepresentation.
• Game content provided by third-party software providers remains the intellectual property of those providers and is subject to their respective licensing terms.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted, BK22 shall not be held liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue or data arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, technical faults or events outside BK22's control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Any third-party content, links or services that may be referenced on the platform.
• Delays in payment processing caused by your bank, mobile wallet provider or payment intermediary.

BK22's total liability to any user in connection with their account, in any given month, shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user in that calendar month.

12 Changes to These Terms

BK22 reserves the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, BK22 will display a notice on the platform. The updated terms will take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of BK22 after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
